1. About these terms

2. Your account

3. Products and prices
- We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and textures can look different on different screens, and packaging may change.

- Products are subject to availability. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you and refund you for it.
- If we make an obvious pricing or description mistake, we may cancel the affected order and refund you, even after it has been confirmed.

We accept card, mobile-banking and other online payments through our payment provider, SSLCommerz, and cash on delivery where it's offered at checkout. Card details are entered with and handled by the payment provider, not stored by Alta.
Coupons and promotional codes have their own conditions, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, prices and estimated times are shown at checkout. Estimates aren't guarantees — delays caused by couriers, weather or other events outside our control can happen, and we'll keep you updated through your order tracking page.
Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any damage or missing items as soon as possible.
7. Returns and refunds
You can request a return from your account within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items must be unopened and unused unless they arrived faulty or damaged. Some items may be marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the original payment method. How quickly the money reaches you depends on your bank or payment provider. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Acceptable use
When using Alta, please don't:
- break the law, or use the site to commit fraud;
- try to access accounts, data or systems that aren't yours, or interfere with the site's security or operation;
- scrape, copy or resell our content or products without our written permission;
- post content that is abusive, hateful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
11. Intellectual property
The Alta name and logo, and the site's design, text, graphics and photography, belong to Alta or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the site for your own personal shopping, but not reproduce or reuse its content for any other purpose without our permission. Product brand names belong to their respective owners.
12. Our liability
We provide the site “as is” and can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, Alta isn't responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
